But the firm’s special skill lies in identifying unique, ‘diamond in the rough’ opportunities for our home buyers — particularly for buyers who might be dreaming of much more home in their hearts than they can initially afford with their pocketbooks.
The senior partners of Touber Properties are a residential real estate developer and an architectural designer, who together, use their collaborative skills and design passion to help buyers identify ‘hidden potential’ within most any prospective home purchase. Because of the architectural and developer backgrounds, the firm can also produce for its buyers ‘as-built’ plans (actual scale floor plans of the existing property), even including 3-D conceptual models of their potential purchases with visualized possible additional future enhancements… Then buyers can include these ideas as part of their immediate purchase plans, or shelve the plans for a bit while accumulating funds for the remodel.
Most importantly — our relationship with buyers almost never ends at the close of a purchase escrow. The partners consider each transaction a true partnership, where the only acceptable result is a win/win/win event — for the buyers, for the sellers, and for the firm. We often work side-by-side with clients, long after the escrow has closed and they’ve moved into their new homes, to bring to fruition their further visions and enhancements to the property.
